So, this was a piece of text I wrote for you, so you get an idea of what the game is about. It could be a lot longer, but I want to know your opinions first.

Welcome to the Over Space Fantasy world. A Role
Playing Game set in a distant future with a lot of technology, some
of which we can only dream about now. Spaceships, laser beams and, of
course, spacial wars, are a few of the main dishes in this cold and
distant Universe.
But not everything is about the outer space conflict.
The game itself is expected to have a changing nature, where players
and game master must become accustomed to the constant variations in
the order of the Universe. Here the players may become heroes in a
distant planet, or villains in some other. It only depends on the way
the player want to make its character live his or her own life. There
are no railroads, nor any other thing to tie your character to some
archetype. There are some classes for you to include your character
in some group, but there are no good or evil in each one of them. The
final decision about which way the character walks, is yours. After
all, we all have a little of each one inside, the only thing that we
decide is which one is stronger in us.
The Game Master, or GM, is the person in charge of
the main plot of the story. He or she can lead the Universe to a
total collapse, or cover everything inside with a veil of mystery.
But in the end, are the players through their actions and decisions
the ones who actually build the game world with the details.
There's a story of the Universe that goes from our
days to the time in the game, and it's presented as a timeline.
There, the history of humans and planet Earth is explained so the
players can understand why and how everything happened. The GM is
free to use this story and the timeline, or create one of his own.
This Universe is divided in Leagues; just a way of
seeing what we now call "countries", but in a major scale.
When the human race began to arrive another planets, the concept of a
"country" became useless. Then, a few social scientists
began to propose the use of new mechanisms to bring together the
people now spread across the Solar System. These new systems should
consider the idea of forgetting the territorial limits as the basis
of a social organization. Instead of using the same old system, the
new "governments" should bring together people like in a
political party: using the way they think and the things they like
and do not like.
That way, leagues were born. In the beginning there
were just a few ones, grouping together the people mainly by their
language. But time passed by and people began to use different
languages, habits and traditions. Where they had a few leagues only
in the past, others were born. The people began to use symbols and
colors to let others know their association to a certain league, and
then to fight for power once again.
